As the Honorary Consul of Lebanon in Alabama, Joey Chbeir, promotes and safeguards the interest and welfare of Lebanese nationals in his jurisdiction, and works with the local authorities to build strong relationships with Lebanon. Joey’s services include, among other things:
- Accepting passport applications and processing other forms of travel documents;
- Registering birth, death and marriages of Lebanese Nationals in his jurisdiction;
- Providing information to Returning Residents
- Helping US businesses wanting and willing to invest in Lebanon
- Preparing Powers of attorney to be used in Lebanon
- Letters and recommendations
